19 Jun Zoho Recruit turns 10 – our experience of using it to hire
Then in 2009 the world was changed once more by the advent of Zoho Recruit. Funnily enough, one of the definitions of ‘stooge’ is a subordinate used by another to do unpleasant routine work, who enjoys the admin that goes with looking for new staff right? And even more coincidentally, you could consider this software to be somewhat of a super hero for doing it for you!
All you need to do is enter your job specifications once and they appear automatically on up to 25 job boards for absolutely nothing, and several more for a fee. A2Z Cloud recently had a job opening and were able to fill it in a matter of days using this solution, without spending a penny!
So why choose Zoho Recruit over say Workable. You’ll find the full analysis here on Finances Online, but in a nutshell, they found “Zoho Recruit (8.9) vs. Workable (8.5) for all round quality and performance; Zoho Recruit (99%) vs. Workable (95%) for user satisfaction rating.“
With a free plan and several other Zoho pricing options, it’s cheaper too!
Fully customisable dashboards and reports mean that you can post and manage hundreds of jobs quickly and easily. From applications, through to interviews and offers, each step in the applicant tracking process can be automated as little or as much as your business needs.
For Human Resources
Zoho Recruit’s activity log means that any member of the HR team can step in and take over at any point. You can even have all email directed through the app so there’s no need to clutter existing inboxes.
If you’re paying to show off your job on LinkedIn you can integrate to allow your candidates to auto-fill application forms with details from their LinkedIn profile. That’s a win from both sides.
A2Z Cloud can provide Zoho Recruit support for everything from set-up to training for your users. And if you don’t have the budget you’ll find free support in the shape of webinars, ebooks and video tutorials on the Zoho website.
